From farm to plant to factory to store

The soybeans travel some 1,350 miles from where they're grown in Ohio, Michigan, Indiana to the Harmony conditioning plant to Denver Tofu to my local Whole Foods. Here's how it breaks down.
According to Jerry Angst at Harmony, soybean farmers travel an average of 70 miles from their farm to the plant.
Once the beans have been processed, a semi truck leaves Harmony with a full load--720 bushels to be exact--and travels directly to Denver Tofu, 1,256 miles from Marysville, Ohio.
The final leg is from Denver Tofu to my local Whole Foods, 26 miles away. About 1,000 pounds of tofu is delivered to Boulder stores twice a week.
